The plant is situated on a 27.700 sq.m. building site and it consists of 8.500 sq.m. manufacturing facilities and 1.000 sq.m. office space. The factory also includes the saponification unit, the unit of cosmetics production, the steam production unit and the biological treatment unit. Each unit is independent and situated in a different, separated sector. The saponification unit produces exclusively the soap base for toiletry and olive oil bar soaps with total capacity of 15.000tn./year. The annual bar soap production reaches 100.000.000pcs., while the bottling unit has a capacity of 6.000.000pcs./year for 500ml bottles and 20.000.000pcs./year for hotel bottles (25ml, 30ml, 40ml). With the new plant, we are now in a position to produce PET plastic bottles and print our hotel products’ labels and wrappings digitally. In this way, we can guarantee absolute flexibility concerning colours, perfumes, quantities and punctuality for any order. Until delivery time, the products are stored in large warehouses, appropriately designed.
