AMMENDMENT OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR

The company "Papoutsanis S.A. Industrial and Commercial Company of Consumer Goods" amends its Financial Calendar for the year 2026, in accordance with article 4.1. of the Euronext Athens Regulation, as currently in effect, as follows:

21.10.2026: Announcement of 9-month 2026 Financial Results (before the market opening of Euronext Athens)

26.10.2026: Interim Dividend 2026 Cut-off date

27.10.2026: Interim Dividend 2026 Record date

02.11.2026: Interim Dividend 2026 Payment date

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, with the obligation to promptly inform the investing public through a relevant announcement in accordance with the terms of the Euronext Athens Regulation, as currently in effect.
