Announcement of the Company in accordance with art. 14 of Greek law 3556/2007 and Greek law 3340/200

PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company), under art. 14 of Greek law 3556/2007 and Greek law 3340/2005, informs the public that, in accordance with the TR1 notifications of Greek law 3556/2007 dated 12.03.2013 sent by the Cypriot companies Raguso Limited and Bolelli CO. Limited, the former transferred in total 2,000,0000 common, registered, voting shares of the Company changing its total shareholding interest in the Company by a percentage higher than 3% of the total number of shares and voting rights of the Company.



In particular, on 08.03.2013, Raguso Limited held 36,481,347 common, registered, voting shares of the Company, corresponding to 71.817% of the total number of shares and voting rights of the Company, against 38,481,347 common, registered, voting shares of the Company, i.e. 75.755% of the total number of shares and voting rights of the Company, that Raguso Limited held before the relevant transaction.



Further to the above and in accordance with the above mentioned notifications, the total corporate capital of Raguso Limited is held by Bolelli CO. Limited and the ultimate beneficiaries of the total corporate capital of Bolelli CO. Limited are Mr. Menelaos Tasopoulos and Mr. Georgios Gatzaros, each holding 50%.
