Announcement of the Financial Calendar

Papoutsanis SA (the Company) announces the Financial Calendar of the Company for the year 2019, in accordance with articles 4.1.2. and 4.1.3.15.1. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, as currently applicable, as follows:

14.03.2019: Publication of the Annual Financial Report for 2018

05.09.2019: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company

10.09.2019: Publication of the Financial Report for the First Half of 2019.

The Company reserves its right to ament the aforementioned dates with the obligation to inform the investors in time by issuing an announcement to this effect in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, as currently applicable.
